Shipping Fees:
Within the UK, we will provide several shipping services, Royal Mail Special delivery and either standard parcels or Royal Mail large letter basic service(proof of posting). Fees range from £1.00 upto £45 depending on the weight of the order. International orders will be shipped at their relevant country rate.

Returns:
Given the basic nature of the services offered, we will supply a bios chip programmed and 100% verified (bios code) or re-programmed and 100% verified, with the correct bios file for the information you as our customer provide, the customer must ascertain it is the bios at fault, BEFORE they order a repair option.

Risks:
Any items sent to Bios Master are sent at their owners risk, any items that go missing in the post from Bios Master, with the standard mail service will be the customers responsibility once it leaves Bios Master, all customers use our services at their own risk.
